There is great variety on how to host a coffee hour. The Church provides the coffee, tea, cheese, and crackers. The host may bring as much or as little as they like to supplement. The host could bake or prepare things at home or buy them at the store (reimbursement for expenses can be offered). Do what feels right for you.

In general hosts arrive between 9:00 and 9:15 to drop off food, make the coffee and get everything ready before worship. A member of the Board of Growth and Fellowship can help those who want it.
